While we are busy building your dream cabin, there are a few items that you need to do to prepare for a successful delivery and some finishing touches before move-in day.  Your responsibilities include the following:

  • Permits

  • Excavation

  • Driveway

  • Foundation

  • Sill Plates

  • Porch and deck piers

  • Well and septic

  • Electrical connection

  • Plumbing connection

  • Steps

  • Gutters and Downspouts

  • Appliance

  • Furniture and Window Treatment
